We saw the Vox concert last night. It was dazzling and so well choreographed, as well I am always amazed by the imaginative costumes and sets. To have young dancers was an added bonus. Gillian Hunt must be a genius to continue to surprise us long-time concert goers.

The costumes were beautiful. The singing was near perfect. The repertoire was unfailingly entertaining. The staging, choreography and script were minimal yet very effective, well executed and well planned ... I have rarely been more pleased and content with a choir performance. This is a choir at a level of excellence that can only happen with a director who has obviously dedicated her life to it. Bravo!

Oh ... What a night ... With ballet dancing along with both choirs songs and the orchestra, too. At intermission, we said it was the best one yet, but we said that about the last one we saw. Guess they just get better and better. Don't know how you people do it, but keep it up.
